Return Policy for Computer Services and Computer Parts
At Paragon PC Repair, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing reliable and high-quality computer repair services and parts. Please review our detailed return policy to understand your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds.
1. General Policy
Services: Refunds for services are offered only under specific circumstances outlined below.
Parts: Returns and refunds for parts are subject to their condition, warranty terms, and manufacturer’s policies.
2. Computer Services Refund Policy
Diagnostic Fees: Diagnostic fees are non-refundable as they cover the time and expertise involved in assessing your device.
Service Guarantee:
If a service issue recurs within 30 days of the repair, we will reevaluate the problem at no additional cost.
Refunds for services will only be issued if the problem cannot be resolved after multiple attempts.
Cancellation Policy:
Service appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to $50.
3. Computer Parts Return Policy
Eligible Returns:
Unused and unopened parts may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Opened parts are eligible for a return only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-ordered parts, software licenses, and items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of non-defective parts.
Defective Parts:
Defective parts covered under the manufacturer’s warranty will be replaced or repaired according to their warranty terms.
4. Process for Returns and Refunds
Requesting a Return:
Contact our customer support at techsupport@paragonpcrepair.com to initiate a return or refund request.
Provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, along with a detailed explanation of the issue.
Condition of Returned Items:
All returned parts must include original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
5. Additional Notes
Warranty Claims:
Warranty coverage for parts and services will follow the specific terms provided at the time of service or purchase.
Third-Party Products:
Parts sourced from third-party vendors are subject to their return policies and warranty terms.
Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to back up data before any repair services. Paragon PC Repair is not liable for data loss during the repair process.
