  • Recurring Issues: If the same issue reoccurs within 7 days of the repair and cannot be resolved after a follow-up attempt, a full refund of labor costs will be provided.

  • Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the service, we will investigate and offer a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.

2.2 Diagnostics Fees
  • Diagnostics fees are non-refundable unless the repair was completed and the same issue reoccurs within 7 days.

2.3 On-Site Services
  • On-site service fees are refundable only if our technician fails to perform the agreed-upon service due to their error.

3. Refund Eligibility for Products
3.1 Replacement Parts
  • Defective Parts: Replacement parts provided by us are covered under a 30-day warranty. If the part fails within this period, we will replace it free of charge or issue a refund.

  • Incorrect Parts: If the wrong part was installed due to our error, we will replace it at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

3.2 Laptops and Accessories
  • New Products: Refunds for laptops or accessories purchased through us are subject to a 15-day return window, provided the item is in its original condition with all packaging and accessories included.

  • Used or Refurbished Products: Refunds for used or refurbished laptops are allowed within 7 days of purchase, minus a 15% restocking fee unless the product is defective.

  • Software: Software purchases are non-refundable once activated or installed unless a verifiable defect exists.
